SIGN PERMIT REQUIREMENTS
1. Fill out sign permit application.
2. Legal description of property is required.
3. Site plan showing existing & proposed signs and setbacks.
4. Stamped set of plans are required for pole signs over 12' high.
5. Inspection of footing is required before placement of sign.
6. Illuminated signs require UL#'s.
7. City of Montgomery Business License is required.
8. Permit fee is $0.005 of total construction cost.
9. Permit is valid for six months.
