(a) Small business and commercial units that have garbage and trash requirements not exceeding the capacity of 30-gallon containers will be serviced by the Sanitation Department if desired. Time of placement and location of containers by business establishments shall be placed at places to be determined by the City Sanitation Department on the days and between the hours designated by such Department. Small businesses and commercial units have the options of obtaining this service from a commercial contractor.

(b) There is a charge of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per month for this service.

(c) If business establishments require bulk service, such establishments shall be charged an additional fee prorated at Seventy Dollars ($70.00) per sanitation truckload with a minimum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
