You can request to have a ditch cleaned by calling 311 Citizen Services at 311 or 334-625-4636. Within the City of Montgomery, there are hundreds of ditches and we only have the manpower to clean them two to three times a year.  Keeping them cut and cleaned is very essential to prevent flooding, soil erosion or any other type of property damage.  Again, we need the help of the general public.  Please do not dump grass clippings, debris or anything else into the ditches.  Help us to reduce the drainage problems in your neighborhood.
