We have several tree crews that are responsible for trimming trees located within the City right-of-ways. A tree will not be trimmed or removed from public property without the approval of Russell Stringer, Urban Forester. It is the property owner's responsibility to trim trees on their private property.

Trees on drainage easements are private trees. The respective property owner(s) would be responsible for work on easement trees not related to the City's use of the easement. 

Request is inspected and appropriate action is determined. If request requires action, the appropriate work order is written and forwarded to Street Maintenance Dept., who schedules and performs work.
