Requesting a Vacation Home Check
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW WHEN REQUESTING A VACATION HOME CHECK.
For processing purposes it is best to request a VHC a least 2 days/48 hours prior to your vacation.
*Note VHC are not provided for businesses, apartments, Homes for Sale or Rental.
**Note 30 days is the maximum extent to which this property will be checked: Exclusion may apply for activated military personnel and citizens under hospital confinement.
***Note nonvisible addresses could hinder or cancel the ability to provide a full home and or property check due to unclear location of the requested property.
****Signs posted regarding Beware of Dogs/Keep Out/Private Property/ will limit the ability the complete a full home and or property check.
*****Note any allowed and non-disclosed persons at the property during a requested check will result in the closure of your vacation home check.
NOTE ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED ON THE VACATION HOME CHECK FORM TO ENSURE THOROUGHNESS OF VIPS AND MPD TO PROCESS AND PROVIDE THE VHC!!!
